Barefoot and Beautiful

We've been enjoying one of my favorite parts of summer- running around barefoot.
Dirty feet don't phase me.
I don't know what it is about being barefoot.
I feel so light and free.
I'm pretty sure the girls feel the same way.
I can hardly keep shoes on them anymore!

One of my other favorite parts of summer- sprinklers!
This is the first year Jane hasn't been afraid.
And we're having so much fun!

(Yes, my almost 2 year old is sucking on a pacifier in the middle of the day.  She's had a cold and it's the only thing making her happy these days.)

  1. Looks like fun! Its still just a bit too cold here to break out the swim suits and sprinklers... but hopefully soon! It looks so fun!

Ok, here is explanation to digital scrap booking. Its actually not complicated at all... just a lot goes into it.

I downloaded scrapbook max a couple of years ago, I am sure there are different and better programs out their for cheaper, but that's the one I use.

    I also go to summertimedesigs.blogspot.com
    shabbyprincess.com
    and persnicketyprints.com
    for FREE downloads.
There are a million different sites that you can buy digi scrap papers and elements... but I think there are enough free ones out there. So I choose not to spend any money on downloads.
Also if you google free digi scrap kits or search it on pinterest you may find more.
the craftcrave.com has some good downloads sometimes.

Ok, once you have a scrap book program and a few downloads to use that's all you need! Just upload your pages and start scrapping!
Make sure you size your page to the right size of your book. I do 12x12 books for my girls, so my pages are sized 12x12.
I have some friends who just print off their pages at Costco or online and just add them to a binder, so they do 11x8 (or whatever size)

    I hope this helps.
It may seem kinda overwhelming getting started but its super easy.... just kinda a time suck.

and also, you can e-mail me if you have questions or need help! tonienglestead@yahoo.com
    or (don't think I'm a creeper)
you can call or text me
    435-231-2782
... I've never given my number to someone online.... I don't know if that was smart.
    Oh Well... :)

    Good luck!
